Before Booking/Entering

Please Read and Understand the Following Terms

and Conditions to Ensure a Safe and Enjoyable Experience for All Guests.

Entry

A signed waiver is required for entry. By completing Petite Playroom  waiver, you confirm that you have read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions outlined in thePetite Playroom Waiver.

For health and safety reasons, Petite Playroom maintains a socks-only rule for all guests to help keep the play space clean and comfortable.

​

General admission operates on a first-come, first-served basis and depends on available capacity. To secure your spot, you may purchase tickets online ahead of time.

​

Do you allow strollers?

Unfortunately, we do not allow strollers in the main lobby area due to limited space. We encourage visitors to make alternative arrangements if possible.

​

Do you have a baby change table?

Yes, we do! There is a baby change table available for use in our restroom area.

​Supervision

Parents and guardians must actively supervise their children at all times.

​

Petite Playroom is not liable for any injuries or for items that are lost or stolen.

​

For the safety and security of all guests, surveillance cameras are in use throughout the facility.

Health and Safety

To ensure the best experience for our guests, we dedicate one hour between play sessions to thoroughly clean and sanitize the play area. Your safety and enjoyment are our highest priorities, and this routine helps maintain a clean and inviting environment for everyone.

For the well-being of all children, please refrain from visiting if your child is feeling unwell or has a contagious illness.

​

Help us keep Petite Playroom safe and tidy by disposing of trash in the designated bins. If you notice any spills or potential hazards, kindly inform our staff so we can address them promptly.

​

We also ask that no nut-based products be brought into Petite Playroom for the safety of guests with allergies.

Code of Conduct

Please encourage your child to share, cooperate, and interact respectfully with others to help create a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

​

Any inappropriate behavior - such as rough or aggressive play, disrespectful actions, or the use of offensive language - may result in being asked to leave the premises.

​

Petite Playroom reserves the right to refuse or withdraw entry for any child or adult who misuses equipment, behaves disrespectfully, poses a safety risk, or fails to follow Petite Playroom's terms and conditions.

​

Non-compliance with these guidelines may lead to removal from the play area or facility without a refund.

Food and Beverages

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks into Petite Playroom. We offer designated dining areas.​

​While Petite Playroom is a nut-aware facility, we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment.​

 

Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises at all times, including during private events.

Photography and Video

We ask that you respect the privacy of other families by not photographing or recording their children without consent. You are welcome to take photos and videos of your own children.

Closures and Refunds

All tickets and purchases are final and non-refundable.

If the facility closes unexpectedly, we will offer a refund or provide an alternative arrangement.

Birthday Parties

Birthday Parties

By booking a party at Petite Playroom, you agree to abide by the policies and procedures outlined below.

Cancellation:
Once a party is booked, cancellations are not permitted.

​

Rescheduling:
You may reschedule a party once in the event of illness or a family emergency. We require at least 15 days’ notice to make changes.

​

The full deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date, which must be within 3 months of the original party date.

​

Final Payment

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your party reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due at check-in on the day of the party.

​

Guest Sign-In

To streamline entry, all waivers can be completed online in advance.

​

Additional guests beyond the booked party size are subject to an extra charge of $15 per person.

Set-up Time/Clean-up Time

Set-up time is 15 minutes prior to the start of the party.

After your party time is over, please leave in a timely manner to allow staff enough time to sanitize and clean the area for the next party.

When your party time is over, children are not permitted back into the town.

Party Food

You may bring ready to serve foods such as sandwiches, wraps, fruits, veggies, dessert trays etc.

​

Plug-in units such as coffee machines and hot plates are not permitted.

​

Food, including loot bag treats, are not permitted outside of the party room. This allows us to keep our town clean.

​

We have a small fridge on site.

​

*** Items such as pinatas, confetti (including inside balloons), Cheetos or similar snacks, popcorn, pasta, rice, sticky candy, glitter, gum, and face-painting are not allowed in the facility. These items can cause stains, create health hazards, damage costumes and toys, and require extra cleanup between parties. A $150 fee will be charged if any of these items are used. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping Petite Playroom safe and clean.

Party Rooms

Hooks, push pins, or any wall fasteners are not allowed. A $150 fee will be added to your invoice if these items are used.

​

All tables must be covered. 

​

Petite Playroom reserves the right to refuse or cancel a party without prior notice if it violates our policies.
