PARTY FAQ
What is your cancellation policy?
Please refer to our Terms & Condition's section for full details on cancellations.

Do I have to pay for the birthday child?
Yes, the birthday child and any siblings over 12 months of age are counted toward the total number of party guests.

What age range does the per-child party fee cover?
All children 12 months and older are included in the party package count. Any additional children or adults beyond the package limit will incur an extra charge.

When should party details be finalized?
About five days before your party, we will contact you to confirm the number of guests and finalize any remaining details for your event.

Can kids stay and continue to play after the party?
No. To comply with fire safety regulations and maintain a safe guest capacity, all guests must leave the facility after the party. This also allows our staff to sanitize the play areas between events.

What if my child isn’t feeling well?
For the health and safety of all guests and staff, please do not attend if your child or anyone in your party is ill.
Contact us by email to reschedule, and notify your booking manager to make the arrangements.

Can I book extra time for my party?
Additional time may be available depending on scheduling. Please contact your booking manager to check availability and any associated fees.

When is the final payment due?
The balance is due at check-in on the day of the party. We do not store credit card information, so payment must be made at the reception desk.

Yes. Petite Playroom is a sock-only facility. Guests must remove outdoor shoes and may bring slippers or indoor non-marking shoes. Strollers are not allowed.

Do you allow strollers?
Unfortunately, we do not allow strollers in the main lobby area due to limited space. We encourage visitors to make alternative arrangements if possible.

Can I bring a stroller/carseat in?
Our space is quite tiny and we wanted to maximize the space for playing. This means we have limited space available for strollers and car seats. We understand that some people will have these, and we don’t want you to wake a sleeping baby, so we will find space to accommodate, however, we strongly encourage you to not bring your stroller in if you don’t have to.

Do you have a baby change table?
Yes, we do! There is a baby change table available for use in our restroom area.
